Refund/Return Policy

We at make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a money-back guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards. We will credit your account if any of the following situations occurs:

  • Low Quality Print – print washes away after only a few cycles in a washing machine
  • Printing Error – the design printed is materially different from the original order
  • Incorrect Print Location – printed artwork is substantially off-center, significantly too high or too low, or printed on the wrong side

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, send an email to Be sure to include your order number, and photo(s) of the product showing any defects or issues with your product. We evaluate all claim requests carefully. We strive to get an response back to you within 48 hours of your submission (not counting weekends). Upon verification of defect, we will ask that you send the defective product back to us for our further inspection. Upon proof that you have sent the product back (picture of package and/or tracking number), we will immediately replace the order for the same product. We will not ask you to wait for us to receive the defective merchandise first.


Because orders are processed very quickly, unfortunately we cannot allow for cancellations after the order is placed.
